Homeopathy-
Pre and post op even dental use Arnica 30 c and Hypericum 30c Arnica to reduce pain, swelling and bleeding.Hypericum in case of any nerve damage.[also good if you stub a toe or bang your finger]
Nux Vomica- great to pull out the anesthesia,also good for the gut if you have any indigestion, also for pets throwing up from getting into the garbage or some unknown substance,excellent for poisons or PMS headaches.
Ignatia Amara-Grief particularly if one is hysterical and over wrought emotionally
Aconite - Sudden onset problems, fear,panic

Flower Essences- I love the products from Green Hope Farms they are totally pure in vibration with great animal combos too/ My fave for most anything is Arbor Garden which is like a higher vibe more spiritual Rescue Remedy, makes you feel like you are being held by Angels.
Gem Elixirs - I have been making some awesome gem Elixirs, stone soup as it were. Some are very advanced. complex mixes like Raise the Vibe for the Tribe also called Elevation made from some 20 stones in a cobalt blue bowl,, or the very simple Purple Haze which is made from Lithium Quartz.It works great to calm down an entire room if you spritz ,also wonderful when I am working at Junglefriends primate sanctuary, the tigers at EARS like it but not the lions who really don;t enjoy water.

Stones and Crystals-
Lemurian laser crystals-most powerful for focussing energy for protection and healing,helps create boudaries and defines your safe space.
Elestial Smokey quartz - looks like a giant smooshed it intersting shapes just remember that elestials help remind you what is essential also like all smokey quarta it repels negativity
Celestite - angelic pale blue looks like quartz crystals but not sparkly and lovely, protects with an angelic vibe great for bedside and sweet dreams
Black tourmaline - absorbs negativity
Apophlyte- clear and green - totally uplift,enlighten up
Labradorite - one of my faves gorgeous iridescent blues,greens and purples opens the third eye plus gives it a filter to keep the crap out.
